Food and service are excellent. The rice plates are portioned just enough for people who are really hungry and for those who are hungry now and would like something to snack on later. Ambiance is casual and easy going. The pho broth is also the bomb.com. We recommend!

I stopped here for lunch around noon on a Wednesday, and it was fairly busy. It's a pretty large space, open, and clean. I was able to get a table right away. I asked about gluten free options, and the server told me that I was limited to the pho, which was fine by me. I ordered the P8 - Pho with Well Done Flank and Brisket, alongside a Salty Lemonade Iced Tea (I just asked if they could mix it together and they were so kind to do it!). The Salty Lemonade Iced Tea was so good, and perfect to go with the pho. The pho was good, but not the best I've ever had. I appreciated that the noodles were fresh and not stuck in a clump like an afterthought as it is at some other restaurants. I had plenty of Thai basil, bean sprouts, and jalapeños to enjoy. Both came out quickly, but my server never came back to check on me. Thankfully, someone else noticed that I was finished for a while, so she helped me settle up my bill. The bathroom was clean and had multiple stalls.

This place slays so hard! I own a hair salon nearby and many of my clients love stopping here after their appointment for the fried rice, pho, and egg rolls.

As a first generation Vietnamese American who grew up in a city with a 70% Vietnamese population, I can attest that this place is legit!

I just want to Cuss!!! Thank you Jesus for this Meal! I had the short ribs Korean style I beleive the R 7 !!!! The spring Roles with Peunut Sauce were on Point. Peanut Sauce had pieces of nuts with fancy stops of carrots I just added hot oil to make it spicy! Yes Sir !!!! Now the R 7 has Koren style marinated short ribs, on top of sticky rice done right!!! This Plate had a couple of friends to come along 2 pieces of shrimp, fried egg , and side salad. Enjoyed with a Arnold Palmer !!!! Done in 5 minutes!!!! You can't go wrong with this plate.

I visited this restaurant one evening since it is one of the better rated restaurants in this shopping center. Their yelp reviews seem to indicate that their beef pho, short ribs, and bo luc lac are some of their best items. Of course those all contain beef. So I followed suit and ordered the pho with filet and fatty brisket. It took a few mins to arrive at the table, and upon eating a few sips, it's actually surprisingly good. The broth is rich, the meat is, of course, tender, and the bowl, although initially looks small, is filled with lots of noodles and beef. They did not provide many basil sprigs, or lime quarters, but that was fine as the broth was delicious without all those.

Always great food, service and ambience! Consistent food and service. It's hard to find great crispy egg noodles dish and this place has it!

10/10!!! Ordered through Uber eats and everything was tasty!! Got the grilled chicken vermicelli and egg rolls... egg rolls was the best I've ever had!! I will definitely be coming back! All of it was delicious

Still the very best Vietnamese restaurant I have eaten at :)! This place is consistent, friendly, and clean. Music is a good volume and staff is attentive but not overly attentive. I absolutely love this place!

Party of 2 went here for lunch on a Friday at 12:15pm. We were seated upon arrival and greeted by the waitress timely. Very clean in dining area as well as restrooms. We ordered the fried spring rolls (2), beef pho, C3 Shrimp stir fry combo and beef rattler and it was all flavorful and generous portions. Personally I would go again or order from here if they had more affordable lunch rates ($7-$10) even if it meant the portions were a little smaller...otherwise your bill is always going to be close or $20 which I imagine other people prob feel the same way!
